400 g Mehl, 200 g Zucker, 100 g Butter, 2 Eier, 1/2 Tl. ;Salz, 1/2 Tl. Nelken, 1 Tl. Backpulver, 1/2 Tl. Muskat, 1 Tl. Zimt, 1 Prise Schnaps, 1 grosse Tasse Apfelmus, 150 g Rosinen, 100 g Walnüsse; gehackt
Zubereitung:
Alle Teigzutaten gut miteinander verrühren und einige Minuten kneten. Dann Apfelmus, Rosinen und Walnüsse daruntermengen. Den Teig in eine ausgebutterte Form geben und bei mittlerer Hitze ca. 1 Std. backen.
